Blackline Mfg. has a combined experience of over 25 years in the plastics fabrication and screenprinting industries. In 1996, Blackline Mfg. President Tom Black was running a screenprinting operation in Northern California when the health department implemented standards to regulate the disposal of ink and emulsion solids. Tom turned to plastics to create the first ink removal station that trapped solids and recirculated solvents. That first product was the original de-Ink Sink (known now as the DS), and it completely solved the ink management problem.

It wasn't long until Tom was building these filtration systems for other screenprinters, and before long sales from the screenprinting clean-room equipment was surpassing that of the actual printing business. It was then that Blackline Graphics slowly evolved into Blackline Manufacturing, and we haven't looked back since.

Today, Blackline has grown to a dozen employees and utilizes state-of-the-art fabrication tooling. All of our products are designed in a 3D CAD environment and cut on a CNC router for exact precision. Every product undergoes a lengthy quality assurance checklist before it leaves our facility, ensuring that your order arrives at your shop ready to be placed into service.

So if you're looking for quality, affordable screenprint clean-room equipment at an affordable cost, please contact us today. We looking forward to helping you realize your goals as a successful screenprint business owner.
